Join us for an unforgettable GS adventure experience filled with scenic riding routes, great people, campfire evenings, entertainment, and the true spirit of adventure riding. Riders from all brands and skill levels are welcome.
THURSDAY – 24 SEPTEMBER
• Check-in opens from 12:00
• Settle into camp or chalet accommodation
• Meet fellow riders and enjoy the atmosphere
• Dinner served at approximately 19:00
FRIDAY – 25 SEPTEMBER
• Breakfast included
• Self-guided adventure out ride with a unique GPS route for the day
• Ride at your own pace and enjoy the route your way
• GPS files and daily departure information provided
• Lunch stops available along the route at riders’ own cost
• Afternoon relaxation and social time
• Dinner served at approximately 19:00
• Evening entertainment, fun challenges, games, and prizes
SATURDAY – 26 SEPTEMBER
• Breakfast included
• Self-guided adventure out ride with a second unique GPS route
• Ride at your own pace and enjoy the route your way
• GPS files and daily departure information provided
• Lunch stops available along the route at riders’ own cost
• Dinner served at approximately 19:00
• Evening entertainment, campfire atmosphere, challenges, games, and lucky prizes
SUNDAY – 27 SEPTEMBER
• Breakfast included
• Departure afterwards
ACCOMMODATION
The standard booking includes camping.
Optional chalet accommodation is available at an additional R3,600 per person. Chalet rooms may be shared depending on room allocation and availability.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
• A cashless card bar will be available during the evenings
• All riders will be added to a WhatsApp group for event communication and route updates, which will later be opened for riders to share photos and experiences from the weekend
